Return & Refund Policy
At Trendsetter, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium celebrity-inspired outfits and movie merchandise at affordable prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The item has manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Washed, worn, altered, or used products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Clearance sale or special offer items (unless damaged or defective).
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order Number
- Product Images
- Package Images
- Reason for Return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
If approved:
- Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method.
- Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Product availability is subject to stock availability.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error by Trendsetter (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect), return shipping charges will be borne by Trendsetter.
- In other eligible cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
9. Refund Rejection
Trendsetter reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if:
- The return conditions are not met.
- The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- The request is made after the return eligibility period.
