• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During special sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Locations

Trendsetter currently delivers products across India.

If your location is serviceable by our courier partners, your order can be delivered to your doorstep.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping offers may be provided during promotional periods or on eligible orders.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Trendsetter offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across India.

Please note:

• COD availability depends on courier service coverage.
• Trendsetter reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate contact information for successful delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

• A tracking ID will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or other available communication methods.
• Customers can use the tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Incorrect phone number
• Customer unavailability

the shipment may be returned to Trendsetter.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name
• Mobile Number
• Shipping Address
• PIN Code

Trendsetter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Festival rush
• Courier partner issues
• Remote location servicing

Trendsetter shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

10. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share:

   • Product Images
   • Package Images
3. Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
